In 2024, 55 Food and Cosmetics companies received 56 FDA inspections in Hawaii, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This was the highest number of inspections per type of company made by the FDA in Hawaii, equalling 98.2% of all inspections in 2024.

Of all the Hawaii companies involved in the Food and Cosmetics sector, Ma’alaea Wonder Farm received the most citations from the FDA in 2024.
