VA issues fewer Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans in Hawaii in Q3 vs. Q2 2022

The VA issued 32 Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans in Hawaii during the third quarter of fiscal year 2022, compared to 272 loans the previous quarter, according to figures provided by the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
