Grow your reading skills and let your imagination bloom!  From March 13 – April 01, children from babies through 12 years old can earn prizes – just by reading!  Children may earn incentives for reading by logging titles for weekly prizes and tracking minutes spent reading to earn bonus prizes.  Bonus prizes will be awarded to children who read 5, 10, and up to 15 hours during this 3-week program.  Prizes may vary while supplies last.  Children may enter or claim their prizes anytime during library open hours.

See staff at the Children’s Reference Desk for details.

Parents are encouraged to read to their children who can’t or need help reading.

Please note:  this Spring Reading Program is unique to Kapolei Public Library and does not utilize the online Beanstack program.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library Kapolei.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting and/or participating in library programming, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Please help keep each other healthy.

All programs are subject to change.  If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations.
