Maui Department of Liquor Control to close for half day on April 24

The County of Maui Department of Liquor Control will close for a half day starting at noon on April 24 for department training, according to an announcement made on April 14. The office, located at 110 Alaʻihi St., Room 212 in Kahului, is scheduled to reopen with normal hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, April 27.

The temporary closure is intended to allow staff members to participate in training activities. This may affect licensees and other individuals who need to pick up or drop off materials at the department during the closure period.

Those needing services are asked to schedule appointments by contacting the employee they are working with directly. Appointments can also be arranged by calling the Licensing and Permits Division at (808) 243-7063, the Enforcement Division at (808) 243-7101, or the Support Services Division at (808) 243-7753.
