The Hawai‘i Department of Transportation (HDOT) will implement single lane closures on Kūʻihēlani Highway (Route 380) for pavement striping work from Wednesday, August 27 through Friday, September 5. The affected area stretches between Puʻunēnē Avenue (Route 3500) and East Waikō Road.

According to HDOT, the work will occur on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. No construction is scheduled for Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. Crews will move within the project limits and conduct work in one direction at a time. At least one lane in each direction will remain open for through traffic during the closure period. All planned activities are subject to weather conditions.

Motorists are advised to follow all posted traffic control devices, including cones and signage.
