The Hawaii Department of Transportation announced on April 1 updated closure information for recovery work on Farrington Highway in Waialua, Pali Highway heading toward Kailua, and Kalanianaʻole Highway at Makapu‘u. The affected routes include Farrington Highway in Waialua, Pali Highway Kailua-bound past Waokanaka, and Kalanianaʻole Highway at Makapu‘u. The department said these efforts are necessary to restore roads and infrastructure impacted by recent storms.
